Role overview

Kitchenpark operates cloud kitchen facilities across the UAE, providing fully equipped spaces for restaurant operators to access the growing food delivery market. As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily facility operations across one or more processing centers in Dubai, managing staff, inventory, and process optimization while supporting licensees and internal teams to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Ensure smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts and maintain facility readiness for high-volume periods.
Lead training and team meetings for processing staff and coaching for shift leads.
Manage facility, technology, and space issues by coordinating with the Property Manager and contacting relevant support on behalf of licensees.
Work with the Customer Success team to prepare licensees for major orders, launches, and demand spikes.
Oversee inventory management by reviewing daily stock levels, placing replenishment orders, and conducting storage and common area audits.
Review and report key performance indicators to facility management and contribute to goal setting and planning.
Manage ZenDesk tickets throughout their lifecycle and troubleshoot processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues.
Cover shifts during staff absences and assist with general staffing needs as required.
Review financial metrics and support profit-and-loss understanding to drive operational impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum three years of experience in operations management, ideally in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting experience with facility, inventory, and process challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
