Role overview

Satispay is a financial services platform serving over 6.5 million users, focused on making finance accessible and empowering people through payments, benefits, investing, and cards. As a Procurement Specialist, you will develop and execute procurement strategies that support the company’s growth, manage supplier relationships, and optimize purchasing activities across departments.

Key responsibilities

Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, monitor pricing dynamics, and maximize value in procurement spend.
Partner with internal business teams to provide procurement guidance and ensure all departments follow company policies and correct approval flows.
Maintain and continuously improve the online Contract Management System, keeping contracts current, compliant, and readily accessible.
Monitor key procurement metrics such as cost savings, lead times, and contract coverage, identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement.
Enforce compliance with internal procurement procedures and assist teams in adhering to established processes.
Refine procurement operations to enhance efficiency, service quality, and scalability.

Requirements

A minimum of one year of experience in procurement, legal, or administrative functions, with a Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated interest in understanding contractual terms and clauses.
Proven negotiation abilities and knowledge of supplier dynamics; experience negotiating media contracts is preferred.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build relationships with vendors and colleagues.
Fluent spoken and written proficiency in both Italian and English, with additional European languages as a bonus.
Familiarity with cost management and operational efficiency practices.
