Role overview

As a Product Manager for Consumer & Prosumer segments, you will lead the development and evolution of physical and digital products that directly impact customers’ daily lives. Vosker is a North American leader in remote area surveillance, known for solar-powered, cellular-connected cameras and an integrated platform. In this role, you will translate strategic vision into concrete, measurable initiatives while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performing solutions.

Key responsibilities

Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and Delivery Directors to align with strategic directions, business objectives, and capacity constraints.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including development, launch, continuous improvement, and managing physical product end-of-life processes.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, translating the product vision into concrete features, devices, enhancements, and maintenance initiatives.
Work closely with Delivery teams, CX Designers, Architects, and stakeholders to ensure effective prioritization, requirements definition, and technology alignment across digital and physical delivery governance forums.
Monitor and track product performance metrics including adoption, usage, and quality, identifying gaps and recommending data-driven improvements based on customer feedback.
Contribute to go-to-market sequencing for product initiatives in partnership with the Marketing team and collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams.
Develop product documentation tailored to support various teams, with particular emphasis on Customer Service needs.

Requirements

Five to eight years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2C environments.
Demonstrated experience delivering digital and physical products across the complete product lifecycle.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs effectively.
Strong capability to translate strategic vision into concrete, prioritized, and measurable initiatives.
Excellent influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
Customer-centric mindset with deep focus on customer value and user experience.
