Role overview

Daos Hub is a Web3 innovation hub in Dubai spanning 19,375 square feet, combining physical workspaces with digital environments to foster collaboration among blockchain entrepreneurs and developers. As Program & Ops Event Manager for the Padel & Wellness stream, you will develop and scale padel tennis as an ongoing community product rather than a series of standalone events, taking complete ownership from planning through execution and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of the padel stream, including concept development, event execution, and revenue generation to establish it as a sustainable, recurring offering.
Design and deliver a portfolio of padel experiences ranging from informal community meetups and corporate team games to large-scale flagship tournaments.
Build and nurture a padel community within the Web3 ecosystem, attracting founders, executives, investors, and professional teams to participate in events.
Leverage the existing flagship padel tournament as a foundation and template for expanding the program’s reach and impact.
Manage operational logistics for all padel-related activities, ensuring consistent quality and professional execution across events of varying scale.
Develop commercial strategies to monetize the padel stream while maintaining community value and engagement.
Operate with an ownership mindset, making independent decisions and driving results with precision and accountability.

Requirements

Proven experience building and scaling community-driven programs or event streams from conception to sustainable recurring operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex event logistics, from intimate gatherings to large tournaments, with attention to detail and quality.
Experience or strong understanding of sports event management, community engagement, or similar intersection of lifestyle and business development.
Commercial acumen to identify revenue opportunities and develop monetization strategies without compromising community trust.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically as a builder while executing operationally as an owner.
