Role overview

Etihad Airways, the UAE’s national airline, is seeking a Recruitment Officer for a six-month contract position based in Abu Dhabi. You will manage the complete recruitment process, from identifying candidates to supporting their integration into the organization, while collaborating with hiring managers across the airline to build a strong workforce.

Key responsibilities

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct in-person assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, competencies, and alignment with organizational culture.
Administer virtual assessments to screen and evaluate candidates at different stages of the recruitment process.
Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure candidate information is accurate and current.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to create a smooth candidate experience.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational staffing needs.

Requirements

At least two years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening candidates from various recruitment channels.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software platforms.
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and hiring methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with candidates and internal teams.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
Familiarity with job posting platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
