Key responsibilities

• Represent Etihad Airways professionally to guests across the globe while delivering exceptional service standards.
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers throughout every flight.
• Welcome and assist guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures with genuine hospitality.
• Work collaboratively within a multicultural cabin crew team to maintain high operational standards.
• Progress toward supervisory roles such as Cabin Senior and Cabin Manager through demonstrated performance and experience.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a minimum height of 163 centimetres.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English, with additional languages being advantageous.
• Maintain a professional appearance, including the absence of visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Display ambition and genuine enthusiasm for a career involving international travel.
• Show a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and creating memorable travel experiences.
