About the Registered Nurse Role

Aster DM Healthcare is looking to add a Registered Nurse to the General Ward team at Aster Hospital, Mankhool. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centred healthcare as part of one of the region’s most respected medical groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to General Ward patients in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while closely monitoring patient responses.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding care, recovery, and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DHA, MOH, or DOH license (or eligibility to obtain one) to practice in the UAE.
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work well within a team.
- A genuine commitment to patient safety and compassionate care delivery.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts within a fast-paced hospital environment.
