As Senior Multimedia Designer, you’ll be the creative lead shaping how Wave presents itself across all visual channels, working within a marketing department that values bold thinking and collaborative problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple platforms and touchpoints.
Create visual experiences for Wave’s website, ensuring design supports both user experience and business goals.
Develop social media content and graphics that engage small business audiences and reinforce Wave’s brand identity.
Produce video and motion graphics that communicate Wave’s value proposition and inspire customer action.
Design customer-facing communications that build trust and clearly convey Wave’s offerings.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content Marketing teams to translate business objectives and customer insights into compelling visual work.
Champion design excellence by ensuring every creative output balances aesthetic quality with performance and audience impact.

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in multimedia design with a portfolio showing strong creative instincts and design craft across multiple formats.
Experience designing for integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels including web, social, video, and motion graphics.
Ability to understand business objectives and customer insights, then translate them into visual strategies that drive results.
A performance-oriented mindset that recognizes great design must connect with audiences and inspire action, not solely focus on aesthetics.
Capacity to take initiative, contribute ideas, and share knowledge generously with cross-functional marketing partners.
