AI71 is an AI innovation company established by Abu Dhabi’s Advanced Technology Research Council and VentureOne, specializing in advanced AI solutions built on globally top-ranked Falcon models. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the user experience for groundbreaking AI products, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to make complex technology accessible and intuitive.

Key responsibilities

Lead the complete design process for core applications, creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that prioritize user-centered design and innovative AI interactions.
Partner strategically with Product and Engineering teams to inform feature prioritization by applying design thinking and user research insights to align with user needs and business goals.
Communicate design vision and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders including product managers and engineers, driving alignment and action across teams.
Facilitate workshops with diverse teams to translate complex user requirements and project needs into actionable design solutions.
Champion user advocacy through usability testing and feedback collection, continuously iterating on products based on research findings.
Collaborate with front-end developers to implement designs with high fidelity and ensure consistent, intuitive user experiences in shipped products.
Advance design culture at the organization by promoting user experience best practices, staying current with design trends, and helping establish design foundations as the company scales.

Requirements

Minimum four years of experience in product design with a portfolio demonstrating previous UX/UI work on software applications.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and ability to articulate how design work solves user problems and delivers business impact.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Demonstrated experience conducting usability testing and applying user research methodologies to drive design decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to present ideas, facilitate discussions, and influence stakeholders across levels.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and drive projects forward independently with high autonomy.
