Satispay is a fintech platform serving over 6.5 million users, offering payments, benefits, investing, and card services. As a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Milan, you’ll own recruiting across multiple revenue-generating, product, and operational teams, driving the hiring needed to fuel the company’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting independently for multiple open roles, from candidate sourcing through offer stage.
Proactively build and maintain active candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, and other sourcing channels rather than relying on inbound applications alone.
Maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline stages, and communications within the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) at all times.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, set clear expectations with stakeholders, and address day-to-day operational recruiting questions.
Monitor and report on recruiting metrics including funnel conversion, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate, pulling reports autonomously from the ATS.
Represent Satispay at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to strengthen employer brand visibility.
Deliver a consistently exceptional candidate experience while managing high-volume hiring demands.

Requirements

At least one year of high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment with demonstrable hiring output.
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and demonstrated ability to generate candidate leads through multiple channels proactively.
Ability to manage end-to-end candidate workflows independently within an ATS, regardless of the specific platform used.
Working knowledge of core talent acquisition metrics such as funnel conversion, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate, with ability to extract reports directly from an ATS.
Previous experience working with hiring managers or clients, including managing ongoing hiring demands and addressing daily recruiting questions.
Fluent English proficiency to conduct candidate interviews and communicate clearly with native speakers.
High data quality standards, maintaining accurate pipeline information and notes without prompting; solid command of Google Suite and project management tools like Notion; familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini or Claude is beneficial.
