Role overview

This electromechanical technician position is based in Verona and sits within the Customer Support department, reporting to the technical after-sales service Project Manager. You will operate and maintain sorting systems across multiple sites following hands-on training.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and manage sorting systems during production hours on both day and night shifts.
- Provide maintenance and support services directly at customer locations.
- Diagnose, repair and troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions.
- Perform preventive maintenance, replace worn components and conduct system overhauls.
- Support ongoing maintenance contracts, including travel to customer sites when needed.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in maintenance or after-sales support within an industrial setting, including relevant technical training.
- Qualification in industrial technical studies or an industrial maintenance license.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical technology and electronic maintenance.
- Competence with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Fluency in English, with French as an additional advantage.
