Docebo is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead operations and culture at its Milan office. As an AI-powered learning platform company, Docebo helps organizations manage training and development at scale. In this role, you will serve as the primary driver of workplace culture, employee experience, and daily office operations, creating an environment where teams can connect, collaborate, and thrive.

Key responsibilities

Manage all daily operations and visitor experiences at the Milan office, ensuring the workspace maintains world-class standards and welcomes employees, candidates, and global guests warmly.
Design, plan, and execute the full office engagement calendar, including themed events, cultural celebrations, social gatherings, and wellness programs that encourage participation across the organization.
Own end-to-end event management, from concept development and budget planning through vendor selection, catering, décor, setup, and onsite coordination.
Develop and launch innovative programming and interactive initiatives that foster cross-team collaboration and build community within the office.
Oversee facility operations including vendor management, maintenance, supplies, security, and building access while managing invoices, purchase orders, and financial forecasting.
Partner with local and global leadership to drive workplace innovation initiatives such as space planning, office branding, floor layout design, and emergency preparedness.

Requirements

Minimum five years of experience in workplace management, office operations, hospitality, or employee experience, with a proven ability to run an office independently.
Deep hands-on experience designing, planning, and hosting high-quality employee events and cultural programming.
Strong skills in budget management, vendor negotiation, project planning, and problem-solving under pressure.
Professional fluency in both Italian and English to communicate effectively with local and global teams.
Demonstrated self-starter mentality with proactive ownership of creating a polished, well-organized workplace environment.
