What you’ll be doing:

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you’ll help keep the hotel spotless and make sure guests feel truly comfortable. Your daily tasks will include:

• Getting your assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor
• Checking rooms and public areas for any maintenance needs and reporting them right away
• Vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and emptying trash
• Making beds, cleaning bathrooms (sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors), and polishing surfaces
• Restocking bathroom and room supplies
• Keeping corridors, pantries, and service areas clean and tidy
• Arranging guest items neatly and handling small spot cleans
• Coordinating with the valet team for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services

Who we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel
• Someone who pays attention to detail and takes pride in doing things well
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with people from different cultures
• A positive, hardworking attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Team player who enjoys delivering great service
