As an AI-First Product Manager, you will lead product discovery and delivery in close collaboration with clients, designers, and engineers, operating at the intersection of strategy, product, design, and engineering to solve complex problems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Key responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand business problems and translate them into clear product opportunities, leading discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions.
Define product goals, success metrics, and outcomes while evaluating trade-offs and making informed recommendations in uncertain environments.
Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and roadmap planning in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.
Ensure clarity of requirements, acceptance criteria, and scope while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and changing priorities.
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders at Director and VP levels, communicating clearly about progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Use AI tools and LLMs to improve your own effectiveness in drafting documentation, synthesizing research, and supporting analysis and decision-making.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to help shape AI-powered product experiences, demonstrating working understanding of retrieval-augmented generation patterns, LLM-based system design, and key considerations such as data sources, grounding, hallucinations, latency, and cost.

Requirements

Minimum four years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within consulting, agency, or client-facing environments.
Proven experience leading product discovery and delivery simultaneously across cross-functional teams with Engineering and Design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing contexts.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work and familiarity with modern AI product patterns, including RAG-based systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on AI-related initiatives and strong technical curiosity, even without an engineering background.
Consulting mindset with confidence facilitating conversations with senior stakeholders, pragmatic and outcome-focused decision-making, and comfort balancing client needs, delivery constraints, and business realities.
