Role overview
Join Binance’s VIP Institutional Growth & Operations team as part of the Binance Accelerator Program, a 3-6 month internship designed for early-career talent. This high-exposure position supports the expansion and day-to-day operations of institutional and VIP client products, offering firsthand experience in how institutional offerings grow and operate across the entire business cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective institutional, broker, and VIP clients while supporting account expansion and reactivation initiatives
- Prepare client proposals, incentive structures, and follow-up materials alongside the growth team
- Generate daily and weekly reports tracking client volume, program performance, and activation metrics
- Extract and validate data from internal systems, identifying irregularities and flagging concerns promptly
- Coordinate workflows between growth, middle office, and support teams to streamline onboarding and client activation
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Legal teams on client eligibility and incentive arrangements
Requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate with 0–2 years of relevant experience in operations, business analytics, product operations, or growth
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage numbers, thresholds, and structured information
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and either basic SQL skills or willingness to learn quickly
- Clear written communication skills with ability to summarize data and decisions for stakeholders
- Highly organized with capacity to manage recurring deadlines and batch processes
- Based in the UAE or able to work on UAE-aligned schedule, including remote arrangements
