Role overview

Daos Hub is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its operations in Dubai. The organization brings together founders, leaders, and institutions working in Web3, AI, and capital markets. You will help develop the products, services, and experiences that serve this community through the hub’s workspace, collaboration spaces, events, and content production activities.

Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Daos Hub’s mission to support the New Economy community.
Build and maintain relationships with founders, leaders, and institutions within the Web3, AI, and capital sectors.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and community activities hosted at the hub.
Contribute to the development of products and services that meet the needs of the community members.
Work with internal teams to ensure business development initiatives integrate with content production and collaboration offerings.

Requirements

Experience in business development, preferably within emerging technology sectors or community-focused organizations.
Strong ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders including founders, investors, and institutional partners.
Familiarity with or genuine interest in Web3, AI, or digital economy sectors.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
