Role overview

Kpler is a global intelligence platform founded in 2014 that transforms complex trade data into actionable insights for clients in commodities, energy, and maritime sectors. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the Maritime division, you will drive expansion across the EMEA region by identifying and engaging key industry decision-makers and introducing them to Kpler’s platforms, including MarineTraffic.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and connect with senior industry leaders and potential clients across the EMEA region.
Introduce Kpler’s suite of industry-leading platforms and intelligence solutions to target accounts in the maritime sector.
Build and develop a meaningful sales pipeline that directly contributes to regional revenue growth.
Bridge market intelligence capabilities with customer needs to create compelling value propositions.
Engage prospects through multiple channels to establish initial conversations and qualification discussions.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in outbound sales development or business development roles.
Knowledge of or strong interest in the maritime, energy, or commodities sectors.
Ability to research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior-level contacts.
Self-motivated approach to prospecting with a track record of building qualified pipelines.
