Key responsibilities

Represent Etihad Airways to guests from around the world on every flight.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the high service standards the airline is known for.
Ensure the safety of all passengers and crew throughout every journey.
Work collaboratively within a multicultural cabin crew team.
Welcome and attend to guests with genuine commitment and professionalism.
Progress toward leadership roles such as Cabin Senior or Cabin Manager as you gain experience.

Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old.
You must be at least 163cm tall.
You must have completed high school (Grade 12 or equivalent).
You must be fluent in written and spoken English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
You must not have visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad cabin crew uniform.
You must be ambitious, passionate and genuinely excited about a travel-focused lifestyle.
You must be guest-focused with a commitment to creating exceptional experiences.
