Role overview

This position manages the complete delivery and operational oversight of airline Revenue Management platforms at Etihad Airways, with primary responsibility for PROS Revenue Management and Group Sales Optimizer systems. You will work across business, technology, and external vendor partners to deliver platform enhancements, coordinate releases, maintain data quality, and ensure stable operations for the airline’s revenue management infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

Own the product delivery roadmap, backlog, release planning, and lifecycle management for Revenue Management and Group Sales solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, integration designs, and acceptance criteria to deliver enhancements, upgrades, and new capabilities successfully.
Manage integrations and data flows across PROS, Amadeus Altéa Inventory, RAAV, schedules, fares, bookings, inventory, and revenue-related systems.
Monitor interface performance, data quality, and operational SLAs while driving issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across internal technology, data, platform, and integration teams while managing dependencies and release schedules.
Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and external solution providers to ensure accountability for delivery and service quality.
Maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, data dictionaries, and operational runbooks while managing vendor accountability on SLAs and defect resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience working within airline technology, commercial systems, or revenue management environments.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with PROS Revenue Management solutions, including implementation, integration, or production support.
Strong experience integrating airline commercial systems, ideally within the Amadeus Altéa and Revenue Availability ecosystem.
Solid understanding of airline data domains including schedules, ATPCO fares, bookings and PNRs, inventory management, competitor data, and revenue accounting.
Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, cloud-based environments, SQL, and data reconciliation processes.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-vendor technology deliveries and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
