Creator Partnerships Manager, Binance Square

Role overview

This position focuses on developing and maintaining partnerships with content creators on Binance Square, a social platform dedicated to Web3 and cryptocurrency trends. You will work to expand the creator ecosystem and enhance the platform’s content offerings while supporting creators in reaching their audience.

Key responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality content creators to the Binance Square platform
Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators across various experience levels and content categories
Develop partnership strategies that align creator goals with platform objectives
Provide creators with resources, tools, and support to maximize their content reach and engagement
Monitor creator performance and gather feedback to improve partnership programs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creators have access to platform features and promotional opportunities

Requirements

Proven experience in partnership development, creator management, or similar business development roles
Strong understanding of Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain ecosystems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
Experience with social media platforms and content creator communities
