Pave Bank is seeking a Director of Sales to lead institutional growth and drive commercial strategy. The company operates a technology-first approach to institutional finance, offering banking, treasury, FX, and digital asset solutions to sophisticated institutions worldwide, with operational hubs in Singapore and Tbilisi.

Key responsibilities

Drive institutional adoption of Pave Bank’s multi-currency banking, FX, settlement, digital asset, and treasury capabilities.
Lead and close complex, high-value institutional opportunities with exchanges, OTC desks, payment institutions, funds, and fintechs.
Structure multi-entity and cross-border solutions, including settlement, liquidity, and custody workflows.
Develop commercial proposals, pricing structures, and revenue models that support the bank’s growth strategy.
Translate sophisticated institutional requirements into scalable banking and digital asset solutions by collaborating with product, treasury, and engineering teams.
Shape client strategy through market mapping, institutional insights, and expansion opportunities across key verticals.
Contribute to commercial playbooks and sales methodologies as the organisation scales, and support development of junior team members.

Requirements

Between 10 and 15 years of enterprise sales or institutional coverage experience in banking, payments, fintech, or digital assets.
Proven track record of originating and closing complex, high-value institutional accounts.
Strong understanding of cross-border settlement, treasury flows, liquidity structures, custody frameworks, and digital asset operations.
Strong financial, commercial, and pricing skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, scaling banking environment.
