Role overview

Ayming Canada, part of an international Business Performance Consulting Group with over 1,600 employees across 16 countries, is building a pipeline of qualified candidates for Business Development Manager positions across Canada. This full-time role focuses on identifying and closing new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

Research the market and develop your personal network to generate leads for new business opportunities.
Build partnerships with incubators and other organizations to source qualified referrals.
Assess prospects’ business environments, identify their challenges and strategic needs, and develop value propositions tailored to their specific pain points.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature for all leads you develop.
Identify decision makers at target organizations, schedule meetings, and present solutions using appropriate sales techniques.

Requirements

At least three years of prior sales experience, ideally in software sales, consulting sales, or with an engineering background.
Demonstrated success using sales methodologies to generate business leads, open doors with prospects, and manage sales cycles to closure.
Self-motivated, results-oriented approach with independent thinking, perseverance, and strong initiative.
Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
Familiarity with success fee agreements is an asset.
