  • Own global Mid-Market annual contract value and bookings targets on an annual and quarterly basis, ensuring consistent attainment across all regions.
  • Execute a partner-first strategy by ensuring Mid-Market business is sourced and closed through BlueCat’s channel partners, and collaborate with the Worldwide Channel and Alliances team to build joint business plans and grow partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Champion an activity-driven model by defining daily and weekly behaviors that lead to successful outcomes, including prospecting, territory planning, and customer engagements.
  • Own global pipeline generation, pipeline management, system hygiene, and accurate forecasting, delivering reliable forecast calls to executive leadership.
  • Design and evolve the global Mid-Market coverage model, territory structure, quota capacity, and compensation alignment to support new-logo acquisition, expansion, and migration opportunities.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales leaders and sellers across regions, building a culture of coaching and developing future leaders.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of successful enterprise software sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quota.

  • At least 2 years selling infrastructure solutions to IT buyers, with background in networking, DNS/DDI, cloud, or security highly valued.
  • Proven success in high-performing, growing software sales organizations, including building or scaling a Mid-Market or Commercial segment.
  • Demonstrated hands-on builder mentality with a track record of creating models, building plans, and implementing activities rather than executing existing plans.
  • Direct sales experience into companies with roughly 2,000โ€“10,000 employees or $1Bโ€“$5B in revenue.
  • Deep experience with partner-led and channel-first go-to-market models, including working with resellers, distributors, MSPs, and alliance partners across multiple regions and cultures.
