Flow is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its newest multifamily community in South Florida. Flow operates a diverse portfolio spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces, positioning itself as both a real estate company and a technology-enabled lifestyle brand focused on creating connected communities.

Key responsibilities

Oversee all operational aspects of the multifamily property, including day-to-day management and strategic planning.
Drive guest experience and resident satisfaction across the community.
Manage revenue optimization and distribution strategies to maximize property performance.
Lead and develop the property management team to ensure high performance and engagement.
Deliver strong business results while maintaining the property’s operational excellence in a start-up environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in multifamily or hospitality properties.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
