Key responsibilities

Handle inbound sales inquiries from prospective customers and respond to their delivery needs and questions.
Manage sales operations tasks that support the broader sales team and customer acquisition efforts.
Assist in qualifying leads and moving potential customers through the sales process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of customers to delivery and operations teams.
Contribute to sales metrics tracking and reporting to support team performance analysis.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales support, inbound sales, or sales operations role.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
