Big Ticket LLC, operating since 1992, offers raffle draws with substantial cash prizes and luxury vehicles to customers worldwide. As a Sales Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, driving ticket sales while ensuring they have an exceptional experience learning about our products and promotions.

Key responsibilities

Meet and surpass daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to business growth.
Process all sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency to maintain financial integrity.
Keep detailed records of sales activity and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and engage them with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
Explain raffle prizes, current promotions, and product details to help customers make informed decisions.
Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner to maintain satisfaction.
Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
Minimum one year of demonstrated experience in sales or customer service, ideally within retail or hospitality environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets while maintaining quality service in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Basic computer literacy to process transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and solve problems independently.
