This Senior Innovation Consultant position sits within the Innovation Performance division, supporting the company’s work with leading Italian and international organizations on strategic projects in innovation, sustainability, and technological transformation.

Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients independently with complete responsibility for project delivery and the consulting relationship.
Supervise and support junior consultants to ensure technical quality and consistent methodology across engagements.
Analyze and manage Industry 4.0/5.0 tax incentives and iperammortamento benefits for client organizations.
Assist managers with appeals management and the preparation of technical and administrative documentation.
Collaborate with the Sales team to evaluate opportunities and present tailored solutions to prospects.
Contribute to the development of new consulting services and the evolution of the department’s service offerings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Three to five years of professional experience managing Industry 4.0/5.0 projects and iperammortamento initiatives.
Strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and results-oriented approach to work.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions.
Self-directed approach to managing priorities in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent Italian and very good English; a third language is advantageous.
