Satispay is a financial platform serving over 6.5 million users, offering payments, benefits, investing, and cards products. As Senior Strategic Projects Manager in the CEO Office, you will lead the company’s most complex and high-impact strategic initiatives, working on transformational projects that require navigating significant uncertainty and ambiguity.

Key responsibilities

Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects and transformational initiatives with major uncertainty, delivering exceptional results and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
Develop innovative, data-backed solutions to intricate business problems while maintaining a consistent user-first approach throughout execution.
Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders and serve as a thought partner to leadership on strategic priorities and decisions.
Influence major company decisions through in-depth analysis and strategic insights, bringing together diverse perspectives into coherent strategies.
Design and introduce new methodologies, best practices, and frameworks across the team and company to embed best practices and ensure consistency.
Provide mentoring and support to team members while helping shape departmental strategies that foster high-performance culture and balanced execution.
Optimize organizational resource allocation by designing systems and processes that enhance the use of time, money, and talent across the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Five to eight years of professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth technology environments, with demonstrated success in product and technology-led initiatives.
Extensive experience owning and delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects with high uncertainty, including setting governance structures and driving accountability across teams.
Proven ability to independently frame ambiguous, high-stakes problems, define strategic narratives, and drive executive-level trade-offs that produce measurable business outcomes.
Outstanding capability to influence C-level stakeholders through clear executive communication and decision-ready analysis, particularly in contentious or complex alignment situations.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more strategic domains or transformation types, with the ability to apply best practices and guide teams through execution and change management.
