Social Media Executive

Role overview

MultiBank Group, a global financial services company headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a Social Media Executive to support the execution of its social media strategy across all platforms. The company operates as a heavily regulated financial institution serving over 2 million clients worldwide and offers trading in Forex, Metals, Shares, Indices, Commodities, and Cryptocurrency CFDs. In this role, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager, Marketing, Design, and Video teams to maintain MultiBank’s digital presence and ensure content aligns with brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily social media posting across all assigned platforms while adhering to the content calendar and publishing schedules.
• Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams to gather content assets and ensure all materials follow brand tone, visual guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor social media channels to flag important trends, comments, and potential risks, while escalating sensitive or high-priority interactions internally.
• Track post performance and engagement metrics to support the preparation of social media reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain organized content folders and scheduling tools while assisting with content uploads, captions, tagging, and publishing accuracy.
• Support campaign launches, product promotions, and marketing initiatives across social platforms.
• Provide social media coverage for events, exhibitions, and campaigns as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• One to three years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and various content formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics tools is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Experience in Fintech, FX, CFD, Crypto, or Financial Services is a strong advantage.
