Role overview
MultiBank Group is seeking a Social Media Executive to support the execution of global social media activities across multiple platforms. This full-time position in our Dubai office involves creating and publishing consistent, high-quality content while coordinating with internal teams to maintain a strong digital presence aligned with brand objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily social media posting across assigned platforms and maintain adherence to the content calendar
- Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams to gather content assets and ensure brand compliance
- Monitor social channels for comments, messages, trends, and engagement activity, escalating sensitive matters as needed
- Track post performance and engagement metrics to support reporting and identify improvement opportunities
- Support campaign launches and product promotions while managing content uploads, captions, and publishing accuracy
- Maintain organized content folders and scheduling tools while providing social coverage for events and exhibitions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Fluent English; Arabic is advantageous
- Experience in Fintech, FX, CFD, Crypto, or Financial Services is preferred
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and strong communication skills
