Atlys is an AI-driven platform designed to simplify travel and visa processes for millions of travellers worldwide. As a Store Sales Associate in Dubai, you will serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, helping them navigate visa applications and discover relevant Atlys services tailored to their travel needs. This is a short-term, full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and engage walk-in customers to understand their travel and visa requirements.
Assist customers with visa applications on-site while ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Educate travellers about visa types, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and pricing structures.
Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
Maintain the store environment to reflect Atlys brand standards, keeping it organized and presentable.
Stay informed about visa regulations, travel policies, and updates to Atlys products and services.
Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance the in-store customer experience to the team.

Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing or front-desk role.
Prior experience in visa processing, travel agencies, immigration consultancies, or related travel services is highly preferred.
Knowledge of visa categories, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and common reasons for application rejection.
Fluency in English with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to break down complex visa processes into understandable information for first-time applicants.
Proficiency with CRMs, digital application platforms, and customer support tools.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and varied week-offs, including six-day work weeks with nine-hour shifts and one-hour breaks; professional appearance fitting a premium retail setting.
