Role overview

SOCi is seeking an experienced Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join its HR team in a remote position based in the United States or Vancouver, Canada. SOCi is a technology company that helps multi-location enterprises achieve visibility through AI-powered marketing solutions, serving major brands like Ford and Ace Hardware. This role will support the company’s growth by managing recruitment across both technical and non-technical positions within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute recruiting strategies with business leaders, including proactive sourcing and interviewing for current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through scheduling and candidate evaluation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and HR business partners, guiding all parties through interviews, offers, and the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand team requirements, priorities, and long-term talent goals.
  • Use talent data and incumbent performance metrics to advise leadership on recruitment strategy and help develop strong candidate pipelines.
  • Evaluate recruitment challenges analytically, identify solutions, and make recommendations grounded in data and problem-solving.
  • Track job approval workflows to ensure timely progression and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a SaaS environment and covering both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing methods, candidate assessment, and interview techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate complex recruitment issues and develop sound recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives in talent acquisition.
