Technical Delivery Manager

Role overview

Analog is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the complete delivery of customer and partner solutions across its portfolio in Abu Dhabi. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, owning the execution of signed agreements and ensuring that scope, timelines, and quality commitments are met while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the planning and execution of customer contracts, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary delivery-facing representative of Analog to government, enterprise, and strategic stakeholders, building trusted relationships throughout implementation.
• Translate contracts and statements of work into clear project plans with defined milestones and execution responsibilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, AI research, and robotics partners to deliver seamless outcomes.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, resolve delivery blockers, and maintain proactive communication with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and transition activities to ensure customers realize the intended value from Analog’s solutions.
• Provide structured status updates and executive-level reporting to customers and Analog leadership, while capturing lessons learned to improve delivery processes.

Requirements

• Eight to twelve years of experience in technical delivery, engagement, or program management roles with direct customer-facing responsibility.
• Background in AI, robotics, digital platforms, or enterprise-scale deployments is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with senior customer stakeholders, particularly in government or enterprise contexts.
• Demonstrated success in owning end-to-end delivery of large contracts or programs, ensuring on-time and in-scope outcomes.
• Understanding of modern technology stacks including AI/ML, robotics, digital twin platforms, and real-time data systems, with ability to engage credibly with technical teams.
• Skilled in project and program planning, scope control, milestone management, and delivery methodologies such as Agile, hybrid, or waterfall approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capable of providing clarity and confidence at both executive and operational levels, with a customer-first mindset and comfort operating in complex, high-stakes environments.
