Role overview
Satispay is a financial services platform serving over 6.5 million users, offering payments, benefits, investments, and cards with the goal of making financial services simple and accessible. As an Inside Sales Welfare specialist, you will own the complete business development cycle for the welfare sector, bringing new opportunities to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact small businesses with up to 29 employees through both outbound and inbound sales channels to develop new business opportunities in the welfare sector.
- Manage the entire acquisition journey for prospects, guiding them from initial contact through their first order placement across multiple channels.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with key decision-makers at small and medium-sized companies to secure adoption of the welfare service.
- Independently manage the acquisition pipeline in HubSpot while maintaining compliance standards.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding defined sales targets and business development goals.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in B2B business development or sales, with demonstrated cold calling experience.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage discussions with key stakeholders in small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Clear, structured, and persuasive communication abilities with the flexibility to adapt your approach to different contexts.
- Interpersonal skills that enable you to build positive, professional relationships based on trust with various stakeholders.
- Strong motivation towards acquiring new clients and driving commercial growth.
