- Evaluate performance on existing benchmarks and create new benchmarks aligned with enterprise user needs.
- Conduct experiments using state-of-the-art compute infrastructure to expand the capabilities of frontier large language models.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline with publications in top-tier venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, or EMNLP.
- Deep expertise in code LLMs and agent systems, demonstrated through active contribution to their development rather than passive familiarity.
- Hands-on experience deploying frontier LLMs for code generation and automation applications.
- Strong software engineering capabilities with proficiency in Python and PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience working with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design.
- Self-motivated approach to tackling complex, open-ended research challenges.
