Etihad Airways is seeking a Premium Guest Relations Representative to deliver exceptional service to premium passengers through its contact centre. Key responsibilities

Handle premium passenger inquiries and requests through phone, email, or chat channels with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information and support related to reservations, upgrades, ticketing, and special services tailored to premium customers.
Anticipate passenger requirements and proactively suggest customised solutions or relevant service enhancements.
Coordinate with internal teams including Airport Services, Concierge, and Chauffeur services to guarantee seamless premium experiences.
Maintain complete and accurate records of all passenger interactions in line with data protection and service policies.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of Etihad’s premium offerings, policies, and procedures to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
Contribute to maintaining service excellence standards that strengthen Etihad’s premium brand reputation and passenger loyalty.

Requirements

Minimum high school certification or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience working in a contact centre environment.
