Role overview

As Pricing Manager for Etihad Airways, you will drive revenue optimization across the airline’s network by determining product availability and setting competitive prices for different market segments. You will use demand forecasting and fare analysis to ensure the airline achieves maximum revenue performance against agreed targets.

Key responsibilities

Deliver monthly revenue performance and optimal network revenue in line with established targets.
Set optimal prices by market segment for Etihad’s products and services, aligned with pricing strategy and company policies, working with Market Managers.
Forecast demand for Etihad’s products and services across various pricing levels, with particular focus on maximizing revenue during peak holiday periods and special events.
Ensure accuracy of consumer demand forecasts and fare projections that feed into the revenue management optimization engine.
Make daily pricing and demand adjustments to maximize revenue potential based on market conditions, economic factors, and competitor activity.
Evaluate and respond to pricing requests from commercial stakeholders using data-driven analysis.
Contribute to developing customer-focused product offerings and manage revenue management operations to achieve commercial objectives.

Requirements

Degree-level education or equivalent analytical experience.
Minimum five years of experience in a quantitative and analytical role.
Strong familiarity with airline systems including PROS, Origin & Destination Systems, GDS, MIDT, and management accounting reports.
