Role overview
Satispay is a financial services platform that puts financial control and simplicity into users’ hands through payments, benefits, investments, cards, and more. As a Sales Development Representative for Welfare, you will drive growth of the Welfare product line within the Large Enterprise segment, working to expand Satispay’s reach among mid-market and enterprise companies with up to 350 employees.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through high-volume outbound activities, including cold calling and email outreach to prospective clients.
- Develop new business opportunities by contacting human resources departments, decision makers, and key stakeholders to present Satispay’s welfare solutions.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects to support the Business Development team’s growth objectives.
- Use CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Lusha to monitor activity, manage pipeline, and track commercial performance.
- Work closely with the commercial team to achieve lead generation targets and contribute to the expansion of the Welfare business line.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in outbound sales, particularly in engaging with and contacting enterprise clients.
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and build relationships with senior executives and decision makers.
- Solid knowledge of CRM and outbound tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Sales Navigator for managing complex sales pipelines.
- Fluent in both Italian and English, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in an international, dynamic environment.
