Role overview

Scalapay, a European fintech company, is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to drive growth by building and managing partnerships with global enterprise clients across industries including cosmetics, fashion, beauty, and electronics. You will work directly with senior decision-makers to develop customized solutions that expand Scalapay’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

Identify, pitch, and successfully close enterprise-level partnership deals that expand Scalapay’s footprint across key industries.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives including CEOs, CMOs, and CFOs, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor.
Develop comprehensive sales strategies, negotiate contract terms, and manage deals through their complete lifecycle.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client success and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.
Use CRM and data analytics tools to monitor progress, generate insights, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise sales specifically within payments, fintech, or eCommerce sectors.
Proven track record closing global deals and exceeding targets, with demonstrated understanding of enterprise needs in fashion, beauty, electronics, and related industries.
Strong proficiency in sales methodologies, with exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
Strategic mindset combined with solid business acumen and disciplined sales approach; familiarity with MEDDIC methodology is advantageous.
Competency with CRM and analytics platforms, with HubSpot experience preferred.
