Role overview
Satispay is a financial services platform serving over 6.5 million users, offering payments, benefits, investments, and card products with the goal of making financial services simple and accessible. As a Sales Development Representative for Welfare, you will drive growth of the Welfare product line within the Large Enterprise segment, targeting companies with up to 350 employees.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through high-volume outbound activities including cold calling and email outreach.
- Develop new business opportunities by contacting HR professionals, decision makers, and corporate stakeholders to present Satispay’s welfare solution.
- Support the Business Development team by building a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- Use CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Lusha to monitor activities, manage pipeline, and track sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to achieve lead generation targets and contribute to the growth of the Welfare business line.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in outbound sales, specifically in contacting and engaging enterprise clients.
- Strong commercial instinct and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate confidently and build relationships with senior executives and decision makers.
- Good knowledge of CRM and outbound tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Sales Navigator for managing complex sales pipelines.
- Fluent in both Italian and English with a proactive, results-oriented approach and ability to work in an international and dynamic environment.
