APPLY is seeking a Senior Director of Growth to drive expansion and help the company achieve ambitious growth targets. APPLY is an Agentic Customer Experience partner that works with leading consumer and entertainment brands—including Arc’teryx, NFL, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz—to design and deliver AI-native solutions across Retail, CPG, Sports, and Media.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
Communicate the transformative potential of digital and AI solutions to C-suite leaders and decision-makers.
Design and articulate agentic experiences that translate customer experience strategy from vision into executable reality.
Work collaboratively across internal teams to align on growth initiatives and deliver results.
Drive achievement of aggressive growth targets through strategic relationship-building and business development efforts.

Requirements

Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong professional relationships with senior executives.
Proven ability to energize teams and motivate colleagues toward shared success.
Deep understanding of how digital transformation and AI can create measurable business value for enterprises.
Strong communication skills, particularly when discussing complex digital and technology concepts with C-level audiences.
Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
