This posting invites experienced sales professionals to join their Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver offices, where you’ll contribute to a dynamic, human-sized organization that combines global resources with local expertise.

Key responsibilities

Research markets and develop your personal network to generate new business leads, while establishing partnerships with incubators to secure referrals.
Analyze prospects’ business environments, identify their challenges and strategic needs, and create value propositions designed to improve their operations.
Oversee the complete sales cycle for all business leads from initial contact through contract closure.
Locate decision makers within target organizations, arrange meetings, engage with qualified prospects, and apply effective sales techniques to successfully close deals.

Requirements

Demonstrate a minimum of three years of sales experience, ideally in software sales, consulting sales, or with an engineering background.
Show a proven ability to use structured sales methodologies to generate leads, open new business opportunities, and manage the sales cycle to contract signature.
Display high motivation, results-driven focus, independent thinking, perseverance, and strong initiative.
Possess your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Familiarity with success fee agreements is advantageous.
