Role overview

Etihad Airways is seeking a Sales Representative to manage key account relationships, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets in Riyadh. This position is for Saudi Nationals only. The role involves working with established and prospective customers to drive revenue growth for the UAE’s national airline.

Key responsibilities

Establish and deliver individual sales targets in collaboration with the Sales Strategy and Planning team.
Identify and prioritize high-potential existing and prospective customers, then convert them using approved sales resources.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned and new accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
Conduct regular account reviews to present new products, services and promotions that reinforce Etihad’s value to customers.
Monitor competitor activity, market conditions and industry developments to inform growth strategies.
Prepare, negotiate and close commercial agreements that align with customer requirements and company policies.
Contribute market insights to regional business development initiatives and collaborate with global sales teams on best practices.
Complete commercial training programs and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree qualification.
Minimum three years of sales experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated commercial and analytical capabilities.
Experience in the airline industry, including work with Travel Management Companies (TMC) and corporate clients.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple departments.
Strong combination of sales ability, customer service skills and industry knowledge.
