Role overview

As a Store Inspector, you will work within the logistics operations of Etihad Airways, reporting to the Logistics Supervisor. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all materials, components, and tooling comply with regulatory standards and company procedures in a technical operations environment.

Key responsibilities

Receive and issue materials, components, tooling and other products while maintaining accurate records in inventory systems according to established processes.
Perform physical inspections and verify documentation completeness for all delivered parts and materials used in day-to-day technical operations.
Identify and report any damages, shortages, or incorrectly supplied materials to the Logistics Supervisor.
Process acceptable returned materials back into stock following receiving procedures and store items in the correct bin locations.
Ensure all materials and tooling issued from or accepted into the store are properly labelled and track shelf life and tool calibration status, managing items that have expired.
Inspect parts and materials for document conformance with GCAA, EASA, and MOE requirements.
Handle dangerous goods and electrostatic sensitive parts in compliance with regulatory and company standards, arrange field service kits and part replenishment activities, and complete shift handover logs at the end of each shift.

Requirements

Minimum three years of experience in airline or MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) operations, with strong background in AMOS systems preferred.
High school leaving certificate or Diploma level education.
Fluent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
