Kpler is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead sourcing efforts and develop talent pipelines that support the company’s global expansion. Key responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sourcing process and build talent pipelines across multiple regions and business functions.
Identify and engage with hard-to-reach candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
Nurture candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle to maintain a strong talent pool.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and translate market insights into high-quality candidate conversations.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with Kpler’s growth objectives and hiring timelines.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful sourcing and pipeline building.
Strong research skills and the ability to identify candidates in competitive or specialized markets.
Excellent organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple concurrent recruitment initiatives.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring outcomes.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across different regions or business functions.
