Role overview

Kpler is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead sourcing efforts and develop talent pipelines that support the company’s global expansion. Kpler simplifies global trade information across commodities, energy, and maritime sectors, enabling organisations to make informed decisions in complex markets. This full-time position is based in Houston and reports to the People department.

Key responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sourcing process to build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple regions and business functions.
Identify and engage hard-to-reach candidates through proactive research and outreach strategies.
Nurture candidate relationships and move prospects through the recruitment pipeline to generate high-quality conversations.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and translate market insights into hiring plans.
Drive Kpler’s talent attraction strategy to support the company’s continued global growth.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to research and identify candidates in competitive or niche talent markets.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.
Proven experience building and maintaining talent pipelines across different regions and functions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving and pipeline development.
