Role overview

This position involves leading the complete product strategy and delivery of Etihad Airways’ mobile applications. You will report to the Senior Product Manager for Digital and oversee all aspects of the customer-facing mobile experience, working across technology, design, analytics, and business teams to create solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad’s mobile app portfolio.
Own the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery and prioritization through launch, delivery, and ongoing optimization.
Partner with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams to build mobile experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and high-performing.
Drive agile product delivery by managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and release schedules.
Use customer insights, analytics data, market trends, and competitive analysis to make informed product decisions.
Track product performance through KPIs, user adoption, engagement metrics, and customer feedback to guide continuous improvements.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
At least seven years of product management experience, including five or more years managing mobile applications at scale.
Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling customer-facing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
Strong knowledge of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile user experience design, and experimentation methodologies.
Experience leading mobile development teams working with native technologies (iOS, Android) or cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable business results.
Experience in the airline or travel industry is required.
Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional influence, with experience in Agile methodologies including SAFe and Scrum.
